• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect user information without consent
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the platform's operation

InnTrades is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy of property listings
• Guarantee the completion of any transaction
• Provide legal, financial, or business advice
• Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary
• Assume liability for disputes between users

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

InnTrades and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
